We’re entering 2025 with more clarity, momentum, and purpose than ever before. After a foundational period of experimentation, learning, and deepening relationships across Latin America, CeLatam is ready to scale its impact.

In 2025, we are doubling down on the commitment with a clear strategic focus on Community Building, Education, and Venture Acceleration.

This year also marks a pivotal moment for the broader Celo ecosystem. With the CEL2 transition, integration with the Superchain, and the expansion of Minipay, we’re seeing the infrastructure mature in ways that unlock new possibilities for coordination and scale. 

Celo’s Regional Hubs are aligning more closely, and major ecosystem events—including Pop Up Cities, ETH Latam in São Paulo, Celo Gather and Devconnect in Buenos Aires—will create powerful touchpoints for builders!

At the center of our 2025 strategy is a North Star: to build the systems, networks, and support structures needed for Latin America’s Web3 community to flourish. From the early days of KnktDAO to the launch of our Venture Studio, we’ve consistently moved toward one goal—empowering local builders to design the future of the region.
